By registering you agree to following terms of agreements listed below. Please read them well.


1.1.0 General:

1.1.1 When you register an account at fushichou.net, make sure that your registered NICKNAME is appropriate. Nicknames that meet any of the following criteria will not be approved: frivolous or make no sense, contain rude statements, contain more than two numbers (i.e. not more than two numbers are allowed to be added to a nickname). Samples of inappropriate nicknames include "Guest548712", "frzöptlwq0257", "fuck_you", 00nickname00, kptzf or even "Shinigami5764157". As a future part of the community, reasonably proper nicknames on our board will help everyone feel more comfortable with one another.
1.1.2 Suspicious e-mail addresses will be verified by us via e-mail. Should it turn out that your e-mail doesn't exist, we will deny your request to join.
1.1.3 Memberships will not be approved if the requested fields are not completed properly (Nickname/Real Name/Age (Your age.). This includes the APPROPRIATE nicknames as well.
1.1.4 User accounts, inactive for more than ONE YEAR, get deleted. In case you wish to be removed from membership at FUSHICHOU.NET, please write your e-mail toward webmaster@fushichou.net
1.1.5 Files, images, writings such as fanfiction, and direct downloads, may contain adult oriented interaction between male characters that may be deemed inappropriate for young viewers. You must be of legal adult age to register an account in order to gain access to the files listed on our site. We make every attempt to review and monitor registrants, however we can not be held responsible for the actions of under aged individuals in terms of registration data provided. Parents are highly encouraged to install a program that restricts their children from accessing any unwanted sites. Once discovered, we will remove any member that is not of age and ban their IP from future access.
1.1.6 While the administrators and moderators of this website will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable and/or offensive or incendiary material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to this website express the views and opinions of the author only. The administrators, moderators and webmaster will not be held liable for the content of any message.
1.1.7 By agreeing to these rules, you acknowledge that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented beyond the discussion of yaoi mangas/anime, hateful, threatening, or any material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider notified). The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
1.1.8 As a user you agree to the storage of any information you have entered. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the safety of the data being compromised.
1.1.9 This website uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure.
1.1.10 The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
1.1.11 You are not allowed to hotlink files from our website into your own website. A hotlink is the result of placing OUR website’s direct URL address for one of our images/files/whatsoever as a link on your website.
1.1.12 We don’t want our files to be hosted anywhere else; not on any site/blog/lj or whatever else. We wish this to be respected and you are not to question this rule.
1.1.13 You are not allowed to take images from our gallery to post them on your own site, nor to make layouts out of them without the permission of the artist.
1.1.14 Avatars are allowed up to a size of 15 kb, with a size of 100 x 100 pixels. Saving the avatar as GIF instead of JPG will make it small in size without loss of quality.


1.2.0 Download Services:

1.2.1 Downloads available on our site are a privilege, not a right. Broken links can be reported directly in the Download section in the Members menu. Please give us 24-48 hours time to fix them.
1.2.2 Licensed titles will not be provided or distributed in any way, so restrain yourself from asking for them to be uploaded. Do NOT solicit licensed titles from any member of the board in any fashion. Should become aware of our attempts to obtain scans on our board of licensed products, you will be punished. Should we become aware of your attempts to obtain scans on our board of licensed products, you will be punished.
1.2.3 The maintenance of the DOWNLOADS section is the job of our site administrators. Therefore, you are not allowed to provide any links of files you yourself have been uploading to any provider or service (As nice as your offer is). If you end up disregarding this rule and push the ADD DOWNLOAD button after all, your provided link will become PENDING and be later deleted by one of our moderators.


1.3.0 Uploading Services:

1.3.1 Our gallery allows you to upload your own artistic images. However, you may upload only your own drawings. No photos, prints, or reproductions of real people are allowed. No pornographic materials deemed in violation of child protection, or any other, laws are allowed. Posting of artistic work that belongs to another artist is not allowed without permission from the original artist. Any acts that break this rule will result in the removal of the image in question and a warning to the person who posted it. If you receive 3 warnings, your account will be deleted, and you and your IP will be banned from our site.
1.3.2 The following formats for images are allowed: GIF/PNG/JPG/TIFF
1.3.3 We are not an unlimited storage site, and have only a certain amount of disk space available. Therefore, you are limited to 2 MB. You may have to delete older images if you want to upload new ones.

FORUM:

2.1.0 General

2.1.1 You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this website have the right to remove, edit, move or close any message at any time should they see fit.
2.1.2 While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
2.1.3 Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts.
2.1.4 Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed and will result in the post being removed, and a warning issued. If you receive 3 warnings, your account will be removed and your IP banned from accessing our site.
2.1.5 Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.
2.1.6 Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. For style changes and general 'how-to' questions, this should be 24 hours. For specific troubleshooting issues, use 12 hours as a guideline.
2.1.7 We, also, do not allow posts that are directly and/or graphically sexual in nature. Contents of FanFiction or Original writings are excluded and may contain such contents between characters within the story.
2.1.8 Discussion of illegal activities, such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations, are not allowed.
2.1.9 Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed and will be punished when discovered.
2.1.10 While we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about other scanlation teams’ projects, we will not tolerate blatant adverts or the sort of 'ooh look, yet another forum' threads. Also, we would appreciate it if you refrain from blatant bashing of other boards. Please show proper respect for others.
2.1.11 We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
2.1.12 If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.
2.1.13 While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
2.1.14 You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests. Any threads/posts of these types will be deleted.
2.1.15 We reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums is a privilege and not a right.


2.2.0 Advertising Services

2.2.1 We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to other members that advertise or solicit any products or services. Explicit advertising and solicitation in signatures is also prohibited. Users affected by private messages of that kind are highly encouraged to message one of the moderators and name the user with a copy of the message they've received in order to seek their removal.


2.3.0 Links in Signatures

Links in signatures must follow these guidelines:

2.3.1 Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed.


2.4.0 Avatars

2.4.1 Avatars that may be confused with official staff avatars are not allowed.
2.4.2 Avatars are allowed up to a size of 15 kb and size of 100 x 100 pixels. In case it's a grey scaled image, saving the avatar as GIF instead of JPG will make it small in size without loss of quality. If you wish to save a color image as an avatar, use PNG format to save it, which is also a lot smaller than using JPG format.


2.5.0 Signature Size Limits

All signatures should not exceed the following size limits:

2.5.1 For text signatures: 4 lines normal size, 8 lines small size and up to 90 chars per line. (Blank lines count as lines. Blank spaces count as characters.)
2.5.2 For images in signatures: 1 image up to 450 pixels wide, 100 pixels tall and 25k in size.
2.5.3 Signatures can't be uploaded and therefore have to be hosted somewhere by you, then be linked in the signature text area at your user account.
2.5.4 Do not write any advertising links in your signature, neither as text nor as link behind the image.


The administrator and moderators of this site will enforce these rules and take any step needed in order to keep peace. Users with too many warnings added, will be banned from the board. All warnings are recorded separately and are not visible to the user after notification. In case you want to know how many warnings are listed in the records, please write a private message to one of the board moderators.
